The International ADR Register (ADR Register) is an official branch and trade name of Worldwide Certification Examination Institute (WCEI).
WCEI, is since April 29th 2008 ISO 9001:2008 certified by Lloyds Register in Rotterdam (Netherlands). Our ISO 9001:2008 certification is registered with United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS) in England and the Deutsche Akkreditierungs Rat (DAR) in Germany.
WCEI and the International ADR Register are located in Gouda (Netherlands) and is under auspices of a supervisory commission. This commission is under the chairmanship of mr ing A.H. Vermeer (former member European Parliament). Every professional group contains its own certification scheme. Each scheme is connected to its own standard quality committee (SQC). The purpose of the SQC is to be the branch representative panel of experts. Besides the SQC, other commissions can be installed, like for example the examination board, the board of education & training and the committee of grievance. All certificating schemes distinguish themselves by appointing a code of conduct, the right of complaint, educational requirements, experience requirements and previous career requirements.

- ADR practitioner – International ADR Certified Mediator® (up from July 1st 2011)
- ADR practitioner – International ADR Certified Negotiator® (up from January 1st 2012)
